ORT UK is a registered charity supporting ORT projects around the world. It also educates British donors about ORT and its work, and initiates and manages ORT projects within the UK.

ORT UK is primarily a fundraising organization, but it runs one operational program - ORT-JUMP - which matches young people with mentors in their chosen field of work.

ORT-JUMP works in Jewish high schools to carry out a range of work-readiness projects, including mentoring and career evenings, designed to help young people make the transition between school and the workplace. The program works with every mainstream Jewish secondary school in the UK, and currently matches around 250 students aged 16-17 with mentors in the areas of their professional interest – who share their knowledge, experience and contacts.
