Associate in Biotechnology

This course offers training in the creation, quality control and assessment of biotechnological processes, together with teaching about the social and legal issues related to biotechnology.

By the end of the course, students will be familiar with the laboratory techniques and instruments commonly used in biotechnology. They will be able to work on analysis and manipulation of genes, transformation of prokaryotes and eukaryotes, development of the mechanisms of purification, and structural analysis and modification of biomolecules.
