The Program in Management Development is aimed at people with more than three years of experience in private companies or agencies, who hold important management positions or who are likely to hold them in the near future.

The program includes seminars on Human Resource Management, Marketing, Operations and Logistics, Finances, Economics for Executives and Strategic Management. Participants also complete a project, which can consist of new business planning, expansion of an existing operation or the development of operational improvements, to give some examples. The project work is carried out in teams of three. Universidad ORT provides each group with a tutor, who guides the participants as the project advances.
