ORT Argentina has recently developed an innovative program for teaching the different subjects that make up the Jewish Studies area: sources and festivals, Jewish history and Hebrew language. The selection of the contents and the didactic proposals have been designed according to the characteristics and needs of each of the ages, taking into account the degree of depth and complexity appropriate for each one of them. The program presents two types of support: one, tangible (books and games) and the other, digital (development of didactic units, activities, games, and videos). The proposal includes implementation support for teachers. All these materials are currently being applied in various schools in Argentina and other Latin American communities.

“Moreshet Israel: The Legacy of the People of Israel”, aims to teach the founding sources of the Jewish people, their analysis and resignification, highlighting the universal values that emerge from them, the validity they maintain in our century and their transcendence in the personal and community life of students.

Toldot Israel presents a journey through the history of the Hebrews that begins in the biblical period. It narrates the development of the people in the Land of Israel; it covers the periods of exile and dispersion, outlines the cultural consolidation of the Jews with its different nuances and ends with the return to Israel, after 2000 years, to establish a sovereign, democratic, pluralist and thriving State.
