Lycée ORT Lyon
Lycée ORT Lyon was founded after World War II. It is located in the eighth district of Lyon, near the city center. The main fields of education are electronics, computer science, automation systems, secretarial work, business and accountancy. In recent years, the school has looked to develop its higher education provision and has introduced two bachelor degrees and one master degree. Details of all courses are outlined below.

This year is devoted to the preparation of different trainings: BAC PRO, BAC STMG, BAC STI2D. The pupils are given the necessary tools to attend high school for 3 years of training to pass their baccalaureate. They are taught the basic content, with special attention given to methodology.

BTS Computers and Networks for Industry and Services (BTS SN)
The BTS Computers and Networks for Industry and Services course is a vocational training certificate to build the skills of a young graduate in the service, operation and development of computer networks.
Duration of course: 2 years
Bachelor Degree in Computers and Networks (CS2I)
This course is the continuation of the BTS Computers and Networks for Industry and Services (BTS SN).
The Bachelor Degree in Computers and Networks covers network management, advanced computer technologies, security concerns and programming language. A sandwich course of this training is also available.
Duration of course: 1 year
Master Degree in Computers and Networks (MS2I)
This masters follows the Bachelor Degree in Computers and Networks
The Master Degree in Computers and Networks covers network management, advanced computer technologies, security concerns and programming language at a very high level. A sandwich course version of this training is also available.

Bachelor in Accounting and Finance (DCG)
The Bachelor in Accounting and Finance prepares students for the start of their accounting careers. Students are offered the opportunity to develop their professional experience with an eight-week internship in a company.
Duration of course: 3 years
Master Degree in Accounting and Finance (DSCG)
It is the continuity of the Bachelor in Accounting and Finance (DCG).
The Master in Accounting and Finance prepares students for the start of their certified accounting careers. Students are offered the opportunity to develop their professional experience with a twelve-week internship in a company. A sandwich course version of this training is also available.

Bachelor in Human Resource Management (RGRH)
The Bachelor in Human Resource Management covers legal, financial and accounting knowledge in the fields of training, recruitment, pay and internal organizational relationships. The course also enables students to master a European foreign language. A sandwich course version of this training is also available.

BAC PRO Management & Administration (BAC PRO GA)
The BAC PRO management & administration covers effective oral & written communication, economics, accounting, management and the legal characteristics of business.
The following tools are used during the course: business management and accounting software, word processors, spreadsheets, graphics packages and file management packages.

BAC PRO Digitial Electronic Systems (BAC PRO SN)
The BAC PRO Digital Electronic Systems covers the installation, maintenance and commissioning of electronic technology equipment in the areas of industrial electronics, electrical appliances, multimedia, computing & networking and telecommunications.

BAC PRO Electro-Technics (BAC PRO MELEC)
The BAC PRO Electrotechnics course covers the distribution and use of electrical energy in domestic and industrial settings, as well as the installation of electrical equipment.

BAC STMG Management & Finance
The BAC STMG Management focuses on two areas of study: marketing and corporate accounting & finance.
This course prepares students for further study, or for jobs in the service sector, such as trade, administrative management, communications or banking.
