Samara

Launched in 2021, the ORT program in Samara operates from Secondary School #42, ORT "Gesher," Samara and offers computer literacy courses for both beginners and advanced users.

One of the most popular offerings is the photo and video shooting course, which equips students with practical media skills. Many participants go on to use these skills for freelance work or additional income, reflecting growing demand in this modern, creative field.

Tver

The ORT program in Tver has been running since 2002, hosted by the Tver Jewish Religious Association of Modern Judaism. Over the years, it has provided digital training to people of all ages, backgrounds, and professions.

Courses range from basic computer skills to more advanced topics that support everyday life. The most in-demand is the Computer for Life course, which teaches students how to:

  • Navigate the State Services portal
  • Book medical appointments
  • Make online payments
  • Purchase airline and railway tickets

Since 2017, the center has also offered “Digital Society Technologies for Women”, an online course designed to help women learn essential digital skills from home.

For younger learners, the “Cartoons on iPads” course introduces teenagers to animation through tablet-based storytelling. The program blends technology and creativity, encouraging self-expression and potentially sparking interest in future careers.
