ORT in Italy
ORT's work in Italy is based out of two Jewish schools - the Liceo Renzo Levi in Rome and the ORT-affiliated Scuole della Comunita Ebraica in Milan. ORT has a proud history in Italy, where its schools combine academic excellence, Jewish heritage, and forward-thinking innovation.

Liceo Renzo Levi, Rome
Liceo Renzo Levi was established in 1973 through a collaboration between ORT, the Chief Rabbi, and leaders of the Jewish community of Rome. The School focuses on high school education enriched with advanced language certifications, technology, and entrepreneurship programs. It honors the legacy of ORT’s post-war educational mission while preparing students to be innovative, ethical, and globally minded citizens.
Scuole della Comunita Ebraica, Milan
Founded in 1929, the Scuole della Comunita Ebraica has long served as an educational and cultural anchor for Milan’s Jewish community. It offers a “vertical” structure encompassing all stages from preschool through high school and is consistently recognized for teaching quality, inclusivity, and integration of Jewish studies, STEM, and entrepreneurship.
