Projects & Innovation

ORT Strasbourg is an active contributor to ORT France’s innovation and global education ecosystem. Highlights include:

  • Health & Wellbeing Program: ORT Strasbourg has implemented World ORT’s wellbeing initiative. They created a newspaper in collaboration with students, teachers, and administrative staff which had already won an award for its focus on ecology. This year, it focused on Artificial Intelligence (AI), a topical subject of major interest to young people.

  • YEP: They participated in the World ORT Young Entrepreneurship Program which encouraged students to acquire skills in project management, innovation and presentation, preparing them for the challenges of the professional world. Students benefit from training, workshops and expert support to structure their ideas and turn them into concrete projects.

  • Climate Action: ORT Strasbourg holds the E3D Label (Etablissement en Démarche de Développement Durable) and integrates environmental consciousness into learning through the Climate Fresco and student-led sustainability campaigns.

  • Workathon DNMADE: The Workathon is a unique initiative of the Grand-Est Region in France where students from ORT Strasbourg collaborated with regional companies to exchange innovative ideas and practical solutions. The day-long consultation at the Chambre de Commerce et d’Industries Campus resulted in concrete proposals, with the “Corn Flex” project standing out for its creativity and potential to diversify professional experience.

  • Trips/Excursions: Sciences and Technologies of Industry and Sustainable Development (STI2D) students presented at Industries du Futur 5.0 in Mulhouse, demonstrating applied technological learning.
