Mobile Robots - Robotics and Vehicle Programming
Robotics integrates knowledge from different fields, and it can be approached from the perspective of electronics, information, mechanics or even a general systems approach. It is therefore a means to start students on the road towards the solution of technological problems from a number of perspectives.
Bioprinting
In the Chemistry and Biotechnology track, students have the opportunity to print tissues and cartilage. This allows them to create innovative 3D living structures for projects with significant scientific and environmental impact. This technology is available in only a few laboratories in Argentina, making ORT a pioneering educational institution.
Sustainable Mobility
Mechatronics students have access to an electric vehicle, which they use as a learning platform to develop devices related to smart cities. Whether developing motion sensors or systems for blind spot monitoring, this real-world experience allows them to train for future careers and strengthen their professional opportunities.
Robotic Arms
These are used for teaching and scientific research, enabling the development of programming skills. They can accurately simulate various automation scenarios and come equipped with different interfaces and educational materials on robotics. They serve as ideal platforms for exploring artificial intelligence, smart manufacturing, and other areas of knowledge.
Virtual Reality
Students have access to multiple devices that allow them to develop projects incorporating this technology as part of their projects and learning experiences. In doing so, they not only explore how to use VR in their work but also design the virtual environments that users will navigate.
