ORT UK
ORT UK empowers the next generation through mentoring, employability skills training and work experience opportunities.

ORT JUMP
Established in 2009, The ORT JUMP Mentoring Programme piloted in two secondary schools matching 25 mentee and mentor partnerships. Today on this programme alone these numbers have grown to over 400 pairings every year.
Building on the foundations of the success of The ORT JUMP Mentoring Programme, in 2023 ORT UK introduced an additional suite of employability programmes.
Our five ORT JUMP Programmes help young people make informed and confident decisions about their future careers as they progress through school onto the next stage. We focus on developing the essential skills needed to unlock opportunities in the workplace.
ORT JUMP currently delivers its programmes to 13 schools in London, 1 school in Manchester, and offers a community engagement programme for the Jewish community in Glasgow. Through these initiatives, we are empowering students with the necessary skills, confidence, and networks to succeed in the professional world.
In 2024. The ORT JUMP Programmes reached 900 students and this year we are looking to increase the reach to 1,300 students.

The aim of the programme is to help young people make informed and confident decisions about their future career paths. We provide students with the tools to make valuable contributions to potential employers. Through tailored mentoring, students build resilience and gain vital skills, enabling them to navigate their own pathway to a fulfilling professional life. Students who are unsure of their career direction receive general mentoring to help determine their strengths and explore potential career options.
